Day 1: Sacred Valley 28 June

Arrive to Costco. Pick up and transport to their hotel in the secret valley, Urubamba.

We will visit the most incredible places in the sacred valley of the Incas. We will begin our excursion with a visit to the weaving community of Chinchero, Where the residents will share with us some of their traditions and ancestral techniques of weaving.

We will continue to the salt flats of Maras in the community by the same name, one of the only four places in the world where pink salt is mined.

We will then visit Moray, a group of circular platforms built on top of walls retaining walls filled with fertile soil and watered through complex systems of Inca irrigation.

We will have lunch in the center of the valley, Urubamba, and in the afternoon we will go to the archaeological center of Ollantaytambo, a giant Incan administrative, agricultural, civil and religious complex. Culminating our tour, we will return to our hotel in Urubamba.

Day 2: Cusco. 29 June

In the afternoon we will leave the city to visit an impressive archaeological site, Sacsayhuamán a large ceremonial fortress surrounded by lovely views, a perfect balance.

We will visit the Incan sacred site of Qenqo, an ancient temple of the puma where visitors can see a sacrificial altar carved into an enormous rock.

Then we will go to Puca Pucará and Tambomachay, a monument renowned for its architectural excellence, considered one of the pillars of the Indian cosmovision.

Returning to the city, we will provide a panoramic walking tour through the historic Plaza de Armas in Cusco and of its impressive cathedral. Free time in the afternoon.

Day 3: Machu Picchu. 30 June

In the morning we will go to the train station Poroy, we will get on a train that will take us to Machu Piucchu (Aguas Calientes) and immediately we will take the bus to the lost city of Machu Picchu, one of the wonders of the world.

Here we will visit Intiwatana (Temple of the Sun), the Condor Temple, Andean terraces and more. We will be able to take the best photos and feel the energy of the place.

After the tour of Machu Picchu, we will go down to the town, have lunch (not included) and have free time to explore. Finally we will return to Cusco.

Day 4: Cusco 1 July

At the set time we will go to the airport for our return flight to Lima.
